Our key component suppliers maintain full time, on-site materials program managers to assist us with quotations, schedule fluctuations and escalations.

For continuous demand, we will propose preparation for long-lead-time parts and prepare safe stock to minimize risk. We will regularly monitor and share the visibility materials status and potential risks prediction. Also we regularly update on the prices for local and oversea materials, execute cost down and update the quote to customers.
